Cornelius Green, who once served as the principal of Carr Lane Visual Performing Arts Middle School, was embroiled in a sinister murder-for-hire plot that led to the death of Jocelyn Peters and her unborn baby. Peters, a dedicated 30-year-old third-grade teacher at Horace Mann Elementary School, was found shot dead inside her Central West End apartment on March 24, 2016.
